Delivery - order preparation


What are the possible delivery methods?

You have different delivery methods, always with a tracking number:

  • Delivery by letter.
  • Delivery by parcel.
  • Delivery to a relay point.
Why are some delivery methods not available?

The delivery method by letter is only available for certain quantities of products, the site will indicate to you the impossibility of delivering if the quantity of products ordered exceeds the fixed limit.

Each delivery method also has its own rules when it comes to delivery areas, depending on your address, a delivery method may not be available if your delivery country is not served by the carrier. 

How are the parts packed?

We attach great importance to the preparation of your order.

Each order is prepared with great care and attention.

We have several pocket sizes that we adapt according to the volume of the order.

All our envelopes are bubble envelopes, and the packages are perfectly adapted with protections to allow safe transport to your point of delivery.

What are the prices for the different delivery methods?

Our delivery prices are estimated during the validation of your basket in the first step, for the country France by default if you are not connected to your customer account, or to your country of delivery if you are connected.

Depending on the content of your shopping cart and your delivery address, the validation of the basket will present at the step 3 the different delivery possibilities offered, sorted from cheapest to most expensive, and will indicate the price for each.

How soon will I receive my order?

From the moment your order is paid, we are notified immediately.

We will prepare it as quickly as possible.

For a classic delivery by registered letter, you should receive it between 3 and 5 working days.

For delivery to a relay point, you should receive it between 3 and 6 working days.

For delivery by Colissimo, you should receive it between 2 and 3 working days.

Of course we ship orders every day, from Monday to Saturday inclusive.

An order never stays more than 24 hours without being shipped.

Do I need a customer account to order?

I will not hide from you that for us too, as a customer, it is sometimes a barrier to see creating a customer account.

But when you are on the other side, professional, you know that offering a customer account is a guarantee that the customer, you in this case, take the time to enter all the contact details to allow routing on all ordered goods.

It allows you to have a summary and a history of your orders.
